These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of theoffroadgroup.net (the “Site”) and all purchases from The Off Road Group (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
1. Products
We sell aftermarket suspension, steering, and related parts for trucks. Products are intended for the applications listed in each product’s fitment information. Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly in appearance, finish, or markings. It is your responsibility to confirm that a product is appropriate for your vehicle before ordering. If you are unsure, email us before purchase.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we ship it or send written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inaccurate fitment information, or unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
3. Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, product availability, and specifications may change without notice. Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be mispriced; if so, we may cancel the order or contact you for instructions. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. You may pay with your PayPal account or, where offered by PayPal, a credit or debit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your use of PayPal is subject to PayPal’s own terms and policies. Orders ship only after payment is confirmed.
5. Stock & Shipping
Products listed on the Site are in stock and generally ship within 3 business days of payment via UPS or USPS. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no charge before it ships by contacting us at orders@theoffroadgroup.net or call 813-797-7287. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Returns policy.
7. Returns
Unused, uninstalled items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior return authorization. The customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defect. Installed, modified, or damaged items are not returnable. Full details are in our Returns & Warranty policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Limited Warranty
We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery to the original purchaser. Our sole obligation under this warranty is, at our option, to repair, replace, or refund the defective product. Wear items, improper installation, abuse, accidents, modification, racing, overloading, and lack of maintenance are excluded. See Returns & Warranty.
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Installation, Off-Road Use & Safety
Our products are aftermarket parts. Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic using proper tools, procedures, and torque specifications. Improper installation can result in vehicle damage, loss of control, serious injury, or death. After installing steering or suspension components, have the vehicle professionally aligned and re-check all fasteners, including jam nuts, after initial driving.
Modifying a vehicle’s suspension or steering may affect handling, stability, braking, load capacity, and the manufacturer’s warranty. Off-road driving is inherently dangerous. You assume all risks associated with installation and use of our products, including off-road use. Some products may not be legal for on-road use in all jurisdictions or for commercial applications; you are solely responsible for determining and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and inspection requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OFF ROAD GROUP, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, LOSS OF USE, LABOR, TOWING, OR VEHICLE DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS, THEIR INSTALLATION OR USE, OR THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Off Road Group from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your installation, use, or misuse of products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.
12. Trademarks & Fitment References
Ram, Dodge, Cummins, and other vehicle and component brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this Site for descriptive fitment purposes only. The Off Road Group is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Stellantis, Ram, or any vehicle manufacturer.
13. Site Content
All Site content, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that Site content is error-free or complete.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your purchase shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
16. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Warranty policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase.
